RFP 2023-802 Project Management & Construction Management Services

Proposals must conform and be responsive to the submittal requirements, which are outlined in the RFQ/P #2023-802, and available for free download here.

Proposals shall be received on-line only by the due date at the District’s document portal site here, under the tab "Submit Bid." No in-person submittals will be accepted.

The deadline for questions is Friday, September 1, 2023, by 2:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time. All questions are to be addressed to the District’s Consultant, Sheila Flores, s.flores@pipeline.sbcc.edu, utilizing the District’s Request for Information (RFI) Form, included as Attachment B, in the RFQ/P documents. Only questions received by this date/time will receive a response.

The District shall distribute its responses to questions no later than Wednesday, September 6, 2023, by posting them on this planroom site.

Santa Barbara Community College District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any proposal informalities, irregularities, or minor omissions or cancel this RFQ/P and reissue a new proposal if it is deemed in the best interest of the District.
